Linda Fryz started her real estate career in 1979 when she was employed by Oliver Realty, Inc./Grubb & Ellis as assistant to the Vice President and CEO, handling payroll and insurance; corporate budgets; and management reports for third party real estate accounts. During her tenure there she acquired her real estate broker’s license, the Certified Property Manager and Real Property Administrator designations and became a Property Manager, managing numerous properties in the suburbs and in downtown Pittsburgh.
For approximately thirty years, she served as the Asset Manager/Property Manager for Centre City Tower where she was responsible for the management, construction, design, leasing, accounting and operations of the 26-story office building, for three different ownerships for who she worked directly.
Her volunteer efforts have been with Radio Information Services, The Bethlehem Haven and Hope Hospice.
