Cyndy Kern is the Director of Client Support at Hefren-Tillotson, where she is responsible for the Operations Department and Administrative Services Department. Cyndy leads the individuals in her departments while also coordinating and enhancing internal processes and procedures to promote the client-first focus of Hefren-Tillotson.
She joined Hefren-Tillotson in May 2014 as a Group Manager, accepted a promotion to Director of Administrative Services in August 2017, and then Director of Client Support in November 2020. She celebrates more than 20 years in the industry where she began as a Financial Assistant in 1998 and became a Registered Financial Assistant in 2002. Currently, Cyndy holds her Series 7 and 63 and is a Licensed Agent for Annuities, Life and Health Insurance.
Cyndy is a native of Butler where she resides with her husband Donald and is the proud step-mother of Ethan, Audrey and Jessie. During her free time, she enjoys reading, working in her flowerbeds, horseback riding and just being outdoors.
