Richard Birch is a Financial Advisor with Hefren-Tillotson, Inc. Richard is committed to working with clients to assist them in achieving their financial goals through investment recommendations, retirement analysis, insurance strategies, estate planning, and tax planning.

Richard earned his undergraduate degree from Washington and Jefferson College and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Further, Richard has earned an LLM degree in Business Law from University College London in the UK.

Richard Birch is also a registered attorney in the State of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Hefren-Tillotson, Rich represented and advised both international and national corporations in business and financial matters. Rich has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Western District Court of Pennsylvania. Richard’s work has also been published and cited in national and international peer reviewed books and journals.

Richard is a native of Western Pennsylvania and currently resides in the SouthSide of Pittsburgh. In his spare time, Rich enjoys participating in a variety of outdoor activities as well as getting together with friends and family.
