Dan Richmond is a Senior Vice President and CFP® Practitioner with Hefren-Tillotson, Inc. As a member of The McRoberts Richmond Group at Hefren-Tillotson and graduate of Hefren-Tillotson’s esteemed Financial Planning Department, Dan finds tremendous value in the MASTERPLAN process developed by the founders of the company. He prides himself on providing expert advice in the areas of investment management and estate, insurance, and retirement planning by leveraging his own skill sets with the unparalleled support provided by Hefren-Tillotson’s industry experts.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s College of Business Administration, Dan holds degrees in Finance and Marketing. Over the years, his experience in working with clients has continued to show the importance of approaching financial decisions from the perspective of a comprehensive financial plan. This plan continually helps his clients make rational decisions in order to protect their long-term financial well-being.
Dan holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses in addition to the Life, Accident, and Health license. Dan has served as Treasurer and on the elder board at the South Hills Church of the Nazarene.
Dan resides in Peters Township with his wife Lisa and sons Logan, Benjamin and Jacob. When he is not in the office, Dan enjoys hiking, camping as well as playing the guitar and singing.
