Bryan J. Pirosko is the Director of Insurance with Hefren-Tillotson, Inc. He has over 14 years of experience in the insurance and investment industry with a focus on individual and group insurance planning. Primarily his responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the insurance department while working with our financial advisors to provide insurance expertise and solutions for their client’s based on their financial planning needs analysis.
While attending the University of Pittsburgh he received Academic Athlete honors while playing football. Bryan then transferred earning his Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Jefferson College in 2002 majoring in Psychology with a focus in Education and obtaining the National Collegiate Education Award.
Upon graduating in 2002, Bryan started his professional career with Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative earning many awards over his tenure. He then joined Federated Investors working as an Internal Wholesaler in the bank broker/dealer channel, worked as a Relationship Manager in the Private Client Group and Wealth Management divisions of PNC Bank, made a transition into a small local boutique employee benefits firm and a large national insurance agency focusing on group healthcare benefits and individual insurances prior to joining Hefren-Tillotson in September of 2016.
Bryan is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative holding his Series 7 and 66 licenses. He also holds the Life, Accident, Health and Annuity Licenses. He currently serves as a Vice President and voting board member for the TC Open Charitable Foundation since inception in 1996 raising money for various children charities, to date has risen over $600,000 helping hundreds of children.
In 2015, Bryan joined Community Care Connections as a board member working on their strategic planning and fundraising committees, and also serves as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2007.
As a native of Pittsburgh, growing up and still living in Peters Township with his wife, Shannon, and his children, Brady and Paige. Bryan and his family are very involved with the community through their children’s activities and lifelong friendships.
He spends most of his spare time coaching his children’s baseball, soccer and wrestling teams while serving as the Pinto League Director for the Peters Township Baseball Association and board member for the Peters Township Youth Wrestling Association. If there is any time left over, he enjoys going to sporting events, traveling, skiing and camping with his family.
