Administrative Assistant of Financial Planning

This individual will be working with the Financial Planning department in Centre City Towers located in Downtown Pittsburgh. This individual would be responsible for printing, logging, and completing edits on MASTERPLAN documents, monitoring plan deadlines, organizes details for department events, and various other administrative tasks for the department. This role will utilize systems such as Salesforce, Access, SharePoint, Word, Excel and internal proprietary systems. 

Qualifications: Prior administrative experience is expected; excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills; detailed with an emphasis on accuracy; excellent written skills; knowledge of our systems is a plus.

Financial Advisor

A Hefren-Tillotson Financial Advisor always puts their clients first.  The ideal candidate will believe in the power of financial planning, have high ethical standards and focus on building strong personal relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong PC knowledge; relevant college degree or equivalent work experience, at least 5 years industry experience, and a proven track record of business development.  Candidates should appreciate the value of teamwork; be willing to leverage internal and external resources; be an excellent communicator, self-motivated and responsible.  Series 7 and 66 licenses required.

Fixed Income Trader

This professional will participate in the formulation of the firm’s fixed income strategies and market research, source fixed income inventory, collaborate with the Portfolio Management Team to manage fixed income portfolios within discretionary accounts, monitor credit and duration of existing fixed income positions, execute fixed income transactions, support HT Financial Advisors, develop seminar and conference call materials and participate in the firm’s radio program.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent industry experience and experience in fixed income trading and credit analysis including treasury, corporate and/or municipal securities. Series 7, 66, 53 licenses are preferred or must be obtained shortly after hire. Strong communication, analytical and service orientated skills would be a plus.

Retirement Plan Coordinator

Manages and services corporate client retirement accounts on an ongoing basis.  This includes serving as point of contact for, and facilitating, all Client and Participant interactions as they pertain to Hefren’s robust services to the Retirement Plan.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience, strong technical writing and interpersonal skills, public speaking skills and strong communication skills. Series 7 and 66 licenses are required (or obtained immediately after hired) and CFP accreditation preferred. 

Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator will work alongside another Salesforce Certified Administrator and the Training & Support Team to implement enhancements, provide Salesforce support, and be a primary point of contact for end users. They will work closely with Financial Advisors, Financial Assistants, and other departments to understand system requirements and support business needs. They will configure and manage Salesforce and remain up to date on releases and capabilities, support, improve, and implement new processes, and assist users in understanding Salesforce.

The ideal candidate would be Salesforce Certified or have the ability to obtain the certification immediately upon hire, have experience with/ability to run training sessions, and experience with Financial Services Cloud and SOQL Queries. Additional preferred experience includes knowledge of the financial services industry and its workflow, a strong aptitude for technology, excellent communication, logical and analytical thinking, and ability to take initiative while managing multiple projects.
