Administrative Assistant

This individual would be working with our Investment Advisory group in our Downtown Pittsburgh office as an Administrative Assistant. They would be responsible for processing I/A Welcome Kits to new clients or clients adding additional accounts, processing mail twice a day and assist with mail runs between buildings when needed. The Administrative Assistant will assist with scheduling conference rooms, contacting Advisors prior to meetings to see if they need anything set up, answer phone lines, order kitchen and business supplies for floor and assist IT with computer/printer supplies and be the point of contact for all maintenance requests. They will also process termination letters for clients leaving the advisory program, process and mail special client bills, assist with proofing client monthly/quarterly reports when requested, bind presentation when requested, assist President with any client paperwork/tasks and any other special projects as requested.

Administrative Assistant of Financial Planning

This individual will be working with the Financial Planning department in Centre City Towers located in Downtown Pittsburgh. This individual would be responsible for printing, logging, and completing edits on MASTERPLAN documents, monitoring plan deadlines, organizes details for department events, and various other administrative tasks for the department. This role will utilize systems such as Salesforce, Access, SharePoint, Word, Excel and internal proprietary systems. 

Qualifications: Prior administrative experience is expected; excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills; detailed with an emphasis on accuracy; excellent written skills; knowledge of our systems is a plus.

Financial Advisor

A Hefren-Tillotson Financial Advisor always puts their clients first.  The ideal candidate will believe in the power of financial planning, have high ethical standards and focus on building strong personal relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong PC knowledge; relevant college degree or equivalent work experience, at least 5 years industry experience, and a proven track record of business development.  Candidates should appreciate the value of teamwork; be willing to leverage internal and external resources; be an excellent communicator, self-motivated and responsible.  Series 7 and 66 licenses required.

Financial Assistant - South Hills Office

A Hefren-Tillotson Financial Assistant provides support to financial advisors in a fast-paced, multi-task environment by acting as the liaison between the client and operational/administrative tasks such as:  respond to client calls; open and process new accounts; maintain and monitor account and portfolio information; research and resolve client issues and requests; organize advisors’ schedules; keep abreast of software, operational procedures, and industry regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree or equivalent experience; 1-2 years of brokerage experience preferred; excellent analytical, communication, and organization skills; proficiency in MS Word and Excel; Series 7 and Series 66 License a definite plus.
