Andrew Patterson is a First Vice President and financial advisor with the full-service brokerage and investment planning firm of Hefren-Tillotson since 1993. Andrew is a fully licensed Representative, where he enjoys offering professional, comprehensive financial planning to both individuals and local small businesses. Working closely with his clients, Mr. Patterson believes in comprehensive financial planning based on a sound economic basis for creating and more importantly maintaining wealth. This type of planning requires continuous meetings, reviewing clients" needs and implementing investment strategies as needed. Our mission at Hefren-Tillotson is, ‘To become and remain our Clients" Most Trusted Advisor’ and it remains Mr. Patterson’s mission too.

Mr. Patterson received the prestigious degree of Bachelor of Science in Financial Management, Cum Laude, from Grove City College.

Mr. Patterson has appeared numerous times on the “Ask the Advisor” segment of Hefren-Tillotson's “Your Money and You” (rated the #1 financial radio show in Pittsburgh) heard every Sunday morning on KDKA News Radio AM/1020. You may also recognize Andrew's voice heard on KDKA News Radio AM/1020 on your drive home as a market commentator. Mr. Patterson has also enjoyed working behind the scenes as H-T's radio show producer, as needed. Andrew also enjoys working with small businesses in the local area holding seminars on retirement savings and the benefits of starting now.

On the personal side, Andrew serves as Treasurer of the Travelers Aid Society of Pittsburgh, a United Way Organization that assists men and women in the Pittsburgh area who require assistance in their travel to doctor's offices and employment and specifically women attending pre- and post-natal visits. Andrew is also a board member of the annual “Lizzy” golf outing for the CDLS Foundation, as well. Andrew has also volunteered with the Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank and other local charities.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys cooking (he plants and grows a lot of his own food), skiing, fly fishing, golfing and spending time with friends and family. Andrew, his wife Kim and their son reside in Hampton Township.
