Director of Insurance As a third generation insurance professional, Hefren-Tillotson's Insurance Coordinator, Jeffrey E. Pifer, knows the value of using insurance to protect your loved ones. Jeffrey works daily with Hefren-Tillotson advisors and the Financial Planning Department to develop insurance recommendations designed to effectively meet the needs of individuals and businesses. Jeffrey specializes in creating life, long-term care, and disability insurance recommendations that are customized to fit each client's personal situation. Mr. Pifer is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, an active member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), and is a Licensed Agent for Life, Accident and Health Insurance. He also holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation, which is the undisputed professional credential for insurance professionals. Jeffrey completed his undergraduate work at Grove City College, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management. In his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys volunteering his service to various "Pittsburgh Cares" charity projects in and around Pittsburgh. Jeffrey is also an avid sports fan, and enjoys playing golf and basketball. Along those lines, Jeffrey contributes to the Freeport Area School District as the Elementary Basketball Coordinator and Shooting Instructor for the basketball program. |
