Rachel Hawili is a Retirement Plan Coordinator with Hefren-Tillotson Corporate Services, the retirement plan consulting division of Hefren-Tillotson, Inc. She is responsible for delivering the Hefren-Tillotson Corporate Services “Enhanced Service Package” to all 401(k) clients of the firm. Rachel works directly with retirement plan sponsors on the selection and monitoring of their plan’s investment options, conducting annual fiduciary reviews to assess their plan’s compliance with federal regulations and adherence to industry best practices, and designing annual employee education campaigns to ensure plan participants are on-target to meet their ultimate retirement goals. Before joining Hefren-Tillotson, Rachel was an account executive at a Pittsburgh-based compensation and benefits consulting firm. She has over six years of experience in the design, implementation, management and ongoing service of defined contribution and defined benefit plans, executive life insurance plans and associated plan funding assets. Rachel Hawili received a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Cum Laude) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a Dale Carnegie graduate, holds a Life, Accident and Health Insurance license, has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA®) designation from The Center for Fiduciary Studies, and is a candidate for the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation co-sponsored by the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and federally registered CFP (with flame design) in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements. |
