Donald M. Belt

Donald M. Belt is the Chief Investment Officer for Hefren-Tillotson. In this capacity, Mr. Belt is responsible for developing investment strategies and overseeing investment manager and security research, impacting over $4 billion in client assets. In addition, he supervises Hefren-Tillotson Asset Management, a division of Hefren-Tillotson providing wealth management solutions for high net worth individuals and institutions. Mr. Belt is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder (CFA®) and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Auditor (AIFA®). He received an MBA with a Finance concentration from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Allegheny College. Mr. Belt is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research, the Pittsburgh Society of Financial Analysts, and is a board member of the Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board. Don and his wife Lisa have three children - Donald, Maxwell, and Gwyneth. Outside of the office, Don enjoys golf, fly fishing, and other outdoor activities. |
