William C. Fraser III is a Financial Advisor with Hefren-Tillotson who specializes in comprehensive financial planning including investments, insurance, tax reduction strategies, and retirement solutions. Bill works with individuals and couples that are accumulating assets for retirement, and also those that are planning for how to best protect their assets and structure their income during retirement. He also works with a number of business owners and their employees in the area of 401k's and other retirement savings plans.

Mr. Fraser comes to Hefren-Tillotson with an extensive background as a small business owner who operated as an independent insurance and Financial Advisor for 13 years. He has completed Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 Securities licensing, and also holds all Life, Accident, Health, and Annuity licenses.
Bill is a graduate of Grove City College where he received a B.A. in Business Administration. Mr. Fraser is currently President of the Board for the Butler County Family YMCA and oversees operations of its facilities throughout the county. A lifelong resident of Western Pennsylvania, he resides in the Butler area with his wife and children.
