Bill Pisciuneri is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor with Hefren-Tillotson. Mr. Pisciuneri is also a licensed agent for Life, Accident, and Health Insurance.

Formerly a successful independent businessman in Western Pennsylvania, Bill at one time employed in excess of 200 people. After selling his business, Bill first became acquainted with Hefren-Tillotson as a client before joining the team in 1993.

Bill specializes in Business Succession and Estate Planning, where his extensive business background is especially valuable. Already a well-known member of the local business community, Bill also hosted a popular financial show airing for several years on WBZY Radio in New Castle, PA.

In addition to his remarkable practical experience, Bill holds a degree in Political Science / Pre-law from Youngstown State University.

Bill and his wife, Debbie, make their home in the North Hills. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, working in his wood shop and visiting with his grandchildren.
