Frank Kielniarz is a Registered Representative, an Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ and Vice President with Hefren-Tillotson, a full-service Investment Advisory firm headquartered in downtown Pittsburgh. Mr. Kielniarz was first introduced to the stock market at the age of 13 by his father. Since then, he has enjoyed studying the relationships of the markets with business, both formally and as a hobby. Frank Kielniarz met the qualifications to become a financial planner in 1987. In addition, he has served as Vice President of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners. He has also received the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ designation from the College for Financial Planning. Since 1994, Frank has written Hefren-Tillotson's "Strategic Investing Market Letter." He combines his broad knowledge of stock market behavior with industry trends and individual company performance to develop current stock market strategies so that clients can implement them into successful investment programs. Beginning in 1992, Frank Kielniarz has been an "anchor" voice heard on News Radio 1020/KDKA delivering the afternoon stock quotes and as a regular contributor to "Your Money & You" - Hefren-Tillotson's popular Investment Q & A radio show heard Sunday mornings between 9 and 11 a.m. As an undergraduate, Mr. Kielniarz attended Wayne State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago with majors in both Finance and Marketing. He uses both of these disciplines in working with clients to develop their personalized financial plans. Frank is an active investment club member and a past President of the local chapter of the American Association of Individual Investors. He speaks at their meetings frequently. When he isn't studying investment opportunities, Frank and his wife Stella spend most of their free time enjoying their six wonderful grandchildren.
