Curtis Randle El is a financial advisor for the full-service investment brokerage firm of Hefren-Tillotson, Inc.
Curtis is the newest member of the dynamic team within Hefren-Tillotson called The Simon Financial Group. The group specializes in financial planning and investment management for entrepreneurs, business executives, retirees, and professional athletes. The partners of the Simon Financial Group are Jay Simon, Brad Dishart, Fred Clerici, and Curtis Randle El.

Prior to joining Hefren as a financial advisor, Curtis worked as broker's assistant for the Smith Barney-Citigroup Corporation.
Curtis is a graduate of Indiana University- Bloomington with a B. A. in Criminal Justice. While at Indiana he was a four year starting defensive back on the Indiana Hoosier football team where he earned team and league honors. He completed his graduate degree in the Masters of Studies in Law program at the University of Pittsburgh School of law.
Prior to turning his attention to finance, he worked as a State Investigator for the State Attorney General - Welfare Fraud Division. He interned with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in Agents & Gambling as well as completing an internship with the Detroit Lions of the National Football league (NFL).
Curtis was raised in Riverdale, Illinois with his two brothers Antwaan and Marcus Randle El.
