Bill Miller is a Vice President and Financial Advisor with the full-service financial advisory firm of Hefren-Tillotson, Inc. Bill specializes in helping individuals reach their financial goals in the areas of investments, retirement, estate, insurance, and tax planning.
Since joining the firm in 1992, Bill has made valuable contributions in many arenas, including the establishment of one of the firm's branch offices. Mr. Miller began his career at Hefren-Tillotson as a licensed broker and insurance agent. He is currently pursuing additional studies to become certified as a financial planner. Bill's experience and continuing studies have provided him with a solid base of knowledge in developing and implementing H-T's comprehensive "MASTERPLAN" financial plans that are uniquely tailored to each client, focusing on quality financial advice and the highest level of service.
Bill Miller's weekend duties include a featured role on KDKA radio as a "sidekick" to Jim Meredith on the #1 rated radio financial call-in show - Hefren-Tillotson's "Your Money & You" heard every Sunday from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. on NewsRadio 1020 KDKA.
Bill's prior work experience is extensive: analyst, manager and sales representative for Dun & Bradstreet; analyst at Westinghouse Financial Services; senior leasing agent with Allegheny International; Operations Manager and Regional VP for Marine Midland Bank; financial advisor for Marketing One Securities; and, agent with Prudential Insurance.
Mr. Miller is a graduate of Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Administration.
